Yummy Recipe!

I got this off another blog and it is so easy and yummy!

Poppy Seed Chicken

2 or 3 chicken breasts boiled and cut into small pieces - I used 3 cans of chicken from Costco
1 16 oz sour cream - I used light
2 cans Cream of Chicken - I used low sodium
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Ritz Crackers - I used 1 stack
melted butter - I used about 1/4 of a stick



Mix 1st 4 ingredients together and put into a baking dish - I used a 9X13 - crush up Ritz Crackers and top casserole and pour on butter. Bake at 375 for 20-30 min and serve over rice - I served it with sauteed greens and it was so yummy!
